Having trouble logging in to Pathlore?

Not found Error

If you are receiving the error "Not Found", you are not entering the correct Login.

Please make sure you are entering your InterAct Login. It is the same information you enter under User ID when logging in to InterAct.

Do not use the as part of your User ID.

Password Incorrect Error

If you are receiving the error "Password incorrect", first make sure you are using your InterAct password. If this is not working, your Pathlore password is most likely not in sync with your InterAct password.

To fix the problem, please go to the Help Desk icon on your InterAct Desktop.

Next, go to Change Pathlore Password.

A new window will appear where you will enter your current InterAct password.

Click OK to submit your password. Please allow 24-48 hours for this update to take effect.
